INFORMATION ON BULK PURCHASES
Bulk purchases are available. However, if only a single item is purchased in bulk, it will not qualify for free shipping.
Currently, most packages are prepared within 24 hours. However, during busy periods, this may extend to 72 hours. Please note that orders placed on Friday afternoons will be processed on Monday mornings due to our courier's dispatch schedule.
Orders placed on a Friday PM will not be processed until the Monday AM due to our delivery dispatch times for our couriers.
For our U.S. customers, as well as those in Canada and Australia, DHL is our primary carrier. Delivery typically takes 7-10 working days from the date of shipment, depending on your location.
Once your package leaves the UK, we cannot control shipping times or customs clearance in your country.
