Return/Refund Policy

POLICY RETURN:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Goods eligible for a refund must adhere to the below requests:
- Goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase 
- Goods must be returned in the original packaging of shipment received 
- Goods must not be damaged or opened 
- Goods must be returned via a tracking delivery service, the service used is at the discretion of the customer and is not refunded by British Cravings Ltd.
If the above is not to our satisfaction or adhered to correctly, you may not be eligible for a refund.

Please note: Shipping will not be refunded on any items returned out of our control i.e customs issues/customers refusing to take the parcel

REFUNDS ON FREE SHIPPING:

Please note, that should a parcel be returned where free shipping was granted, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your returned goods before your refund is submitted.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please use the Contact Us the top of the page and send us an email. We will reply within 24 hours of hearing from you.
