🇪🇺 EU CUSTOMER FAQ – TAXES & DUTIES

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS OR IMPORT FEES ON DELIVERY?

No.
We ship all EU orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — that means we cover all import duties and customs handling fees. You won’t pay anything extra when your parcel arrives.

 

WHY DO I STILL SEE VAT ADDED AT CHECKOUT?

This is normal and required by EU law.
We collect your local VAT at checkout and pay it directly to EU tax authorities through the IOSS system.
Example: If you’re in France, you’ll see 20% French VAT included at checkout.

 

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN VAT & DUTIES?

So you only see VAT — all duties are already taken care of.

 

WHY ARE UK & EU PRICES DIFFERENT?

UK prices include UK VAT (20%), while EU prices show your country’s VAT rate at checkout.
The system automatically applies the correct rate after Brexit.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

Once an order is placed, our warehouse staff will pack and ship your order within 48 hours, so it's not always possible to process address change requests. If you notice an error, please email us ASAP with your name and order # so we can try to make a correction(s) to your package before it departs. There's no guarantee we can make it, especially once it leaves our warehouse, but we'll do everything we can!

 

HOW LONG IS THE PROCESSING PERIOD?

This depends on your delivery Country. Orders are delivered to the USA within 1 to 2 working days from dispatch, and to the UK within 1 to 2 working days. The rest of world can be between 3 and 12 days depending on where. UK weekends and Bank holidays are not classed as working days. 

 

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Our warehouse processes and ships out all orders Monday - Friday (excluding major holidays and weekends). After placing your order, your package should be shipped out within 2-3 business days after your order is placed, and you will receive an email with the tracking number soon after. DHL is our primary carrier for U.S customers and for customers in countries/regions such as Australia and New Zealand. Depending on where you live, packages are delivered within 7-10 days from the date of shipment.

 

WILL MY ORDER COME IN ONE PACKAGE?

Depending on the size of your order you may receive separate packages that may possibly arrive 1-2 business days apart.

 

CAN I ORDER BULK ITEMS?

Yes, bulk purchases are available. However, if only a single item is purchased in bulk, it will not qualify for free shipping.

 

OUT OF STOCK/BACKORDERED ITEMS:

In the event that any of your items are out of stock, we will automatically refund you for those items.

 

ADDRESS CHANGES:

Our warehouse staff are super quick, so if you notice an error please email us ASAP with your name and order number so we can try to catch your package before it departs. There's no guarantee we can change it, especially once it leaves our warehouse, but we'll do everything we can!

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes we ship internationally - excluding Germany, Russia, Spain & Ukraine. You will receive your shipment 7-10 days after the order is shipped. All orders are shipped out within 48 hours.

 

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?

We apologise that your shipment didn't arrive in perfect condition! Please contact us with your name and order number for further assistance.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Simply go to the Track My Order link on the Home Page or in the Main Menu and input your tracking number to see where your package is. If you need further assistance, we are always willing to help you.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY EXTRA COSTS AT CUSTOMS?

We strongly recommend that you check with your local customs agency before placing your order. This is just to make sure you are aware of any customs fees, restricted items or maximum order values.

As customs guidelines can vary from country to country, it is always better to check before you order to avoid any unexpected delays. Please note that delays caused by time that your order spends in customs are not included in our delivery timings.

For orders to the USA & EU, customs duty is calculated and paid over at checkout - so you won't have to pay customs directly, we pay the duty over to the US government for you.
