Shipping Policy

QUICK DELIVERY

You’ll be glad to know that we offer quick delivery on all orders! We process all orders within 24 hours and aim to dispatch within 48 hours.


BULK PURCHASES

Bulk purchases are available. However, if only a single product type is purchased in bulk, it will not qualify for our free shipping offer.


PROCESSING TIMES

Most packages are prepared within 24 hours. During busy periods, this may extend to 72 hours.

Please note that orders placed on Friday afternoons will be processed on Monday mornings due to courier dispatch schedules.


DELIVERY TIMES

For our U.S., Canadian, and Australian customers, DHL is our primary carrier. Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days from the date of shipment, depending on your location.

Once your parcel leaves the UK, we cannot control shipping times or customs clearance in your country.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS POLICY

We’re delighted to ship your favourite British treats worldwide! However, international deliveries are subject to each country’s import laws and regulations, which vary widely.

Important

  • Certain countries (including Mexico, Brazil, and others) restrict or prohibit the import of food, chocolate, or confectionery without formal import permits.
  • We are unable to mark commercial shipments as “gifts” or undervalue goods, as doing so would breach international customs law.
  • If an order is refused, returned, or destroyed by customs due to import restrictions, missing permits, or unpaid duties, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or replacement unless the goods are safely returned to us in their original condition.

We strongly recommend checking your country’s import guidelines before placing an order.

If you are unsure whether your country allows the import of certain food products, please contact your local customs authority before purchasing.


SAFE PLACE DELIVERIES

If you choose to have your order left in a nominated “safe place” (such as a porch, shed, garage, behind a bin, neighbour’s property, or another unattended location), please note:

  1. You authorise the courier to deliver without obtaining a signature.
  2. Once the courier confirms delivery to your nominated safe place (via photo, GPS scan, or driver notes), responsibility for the parcel passes to you.
  3. We cannot be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage after delivery has been confirmed to your nominated safe place.
  4. If the courier does not follow your instructions, our standard delivery terms apply and we will assist you in resolving the matter.

By providing safe place instructions, you acknowledge and accept that the parcel is considered delivered once confirmed by the courier.
