You'll be glad to know that we offer QUICK DELIVERY on all orders! We process all orders within 24 hours and aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours.
INFORMATION ON BULK PURCHASES
Bulk purchases are available. However, if only a single item is purchased in bulk, it will not qualify for our free shipping.
PROCESSING TIMES
Currently, most packages are prepared within 24 hours. However, during busy periods, this may extend to 72 hours. Please note that orders placed on Friday afternoons will be processed on Monday mornings due to our courier's dispatch schedule.
Orders placed on a Friday PM will not be processed until the Monday AM due to our delivery dispatch times for our couriers.
DELIVERY TIMES
For our U.S. customers, as well as those in Canada and Australia, DHL is our primary carrier. Delivery typically takes 3-5 working days from the date of shipment, depending on your location.
After your package leaves the UK, we cannot control, we cannot control shipping times or customs clearance in your country.

SAFE PLACE DELIVERIES
If you choose to have your order left in a nominated “safe place” (including but not limited to: porch, shed, garage, behind bin, neighbour, or any other unattended location), please note:
1 - You authorise the courier to deliver without obtaining a signature.
2 - Once the courier confirms delivery to your nominated safe place (via photo, GPS scan, or delivery notes), responsibility for the parcel passes to you.
3 - We cannot be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs after delivery to the nominated safe place.
4 - If the courier does not follow your safe place instructions, our standard delivery terms will apply and we will assist you in resolving the matter.
By providing safe place instructions, you accept that the parcel is considered delivered once confirmed by the courier.
