Our perfectly matured, deliciously rich fruit cake is made with brandy soaked plump vine fruit, glacé cherries, chopped almonds and a blend of wheatflour and Wildfarmed flour and covered with rich marzipan and hand finished with smooth icing and delicate festive decorations.
