Post Grape Nuts 580g

Post Grape-Nuts is a crunchy, small-grain wheat and malted barley cereal with a distinctive nutty flavour. High in fibre and a source of protein, it's naturally low in fat with no added sugar, and holds its crunch beautifully in milk or sprinkled over yoghurt.

Ingredients: Wholegrain Wheat Flour (89%), Malted Barley Flour (9%), Salt, Dried Yeast, Iron, Niacin, Zinc, Vitamin B6, Thiamin (B1), Folic Acid.
